Most of our orders are dispatched the same day, and those that aren't will be posted the next working day. However, during busier periods, dispatch may take longer.
We ship our orders mainly with Royal Mail and Evri. These services are usually tracked and delivered within 24-48 hours.

RETURNS:
Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns of opened products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All our products come with a safety seal on them. If this seal has been opened, we are unable to accept a return. If the seal is still intact, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by the customer apart from where we are required by law.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
