Shipping & Delivery

We are proudly based in the UK! Currently, as a small business, we only ship to addresses within the UK. Hopefully, as we grow, we hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

For small orders, we charge a default postage fee of £2.99. This is to cover the cost of postage, as well as some of the products packaging. However, all orders over £35 are entitled to free delivery which is automatically applied at checkout.

Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack and process your order.

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your front door.

Please check around your property, in safe places, or with your neighbours to see if the courier left it there. Check the tracking details to see if photos or notes have been uploaded.

If you still cannot find it, contact us at 'contact@atlastcreations.co.uk' within 48 hours of the marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier for you.

We know many of our creations are purchased as gifts! To keep things eco-conscious and gift-friendly, we do not include paper invoices or price details inside our shipping boxes. Your invoice is sent directly to your email address instead, so you can ship a parcel straight to your loved one with total confidence.

Payments, Cancellations & Changes

Absolutely. Our website uses secure, industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to protect your data. Your payment details are fully encrypted and securely processed through our trusted payment gateways, meaning we never store or have access to your card information.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of bath and body products, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

All of our products come with a 'hygiene seal' on them - a piece of tape that must be torn in order to open the product.

If this seal is broken, then we usually can't accept a return. This is for hygiene reasons.

If the seal isn't broken, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return postage must be paid by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We take great care in packing your orders securely, but accidents can happen during transit.

If your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damage and email us immediately at 'contact@atlastcreations.co.uk' with your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.

In situations where your order is faulty or damaged, the return postage will be covered by ourselves.
