Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Atlast Creations. The following terms and conditions constitute our official Shipping Policy.

1. Dispatch & Processing Times

  • All of our creations are handcrafted in small batches and packed with care. Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 days.
  • During peak seasonal periods, sales, or exceptionally busy times, dispatch may take slightly longer due to our small-batch production methods. We appreciate your patience and support for our small business.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the UK to keep things simple for you:

  • Orders under £35: £2.99 flat postage fee.
  • Orders over £35: Free UK delivery

Delivery is usually made 2-3 days from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping is automatically calculated and applied at checkout once your order subtotal reaches £35.00 or more.

While we guarantee that your order will be dispatched promptly from our workshop, please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the couriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Atlast Creations cannot be held legally or financially responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, seasonal courier backlogs (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas peaks), or industrial strike action.

3. Shipping Providers & Couriers

  • We primarily ship our parcels using Evri.
  • However, Atlast Creations reserves the right to use alternative, reputable UK shipping providers (such as Royal Mail or DPD) at our sole discretion. This will only be done if a different courier is deemed more suitable, secure, or efficient for your specific order or location.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been carefully packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered completely and correctly at checkout. Atlast Creations cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at 'contact@atlastcreations.co.uk'. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we unfortunately cannot alter the delivery details or reroute the package.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great pride in packaging our products securely, but we understand that transit accidents can happen.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage (including the packaging) and email us at 'contact@atlastcreations.co.uk' within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number, so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Delayed/Lost Items: If your delivery tracking has stopped updating or has passed its expected delivery window, please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Atlast Creations operates strictly via postal shipping within the UK. We do not currently offer local pickup, local drop-offs, or international delivery.
