Returns & Refunds Policy:
Thank you for shopping with Atlast Creations. We take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your parcel was delivered to notify us that you wish to return an item, and a further 14 days from that notification date to safely post the item back to us.
2. Strict Hygiene & Product Eligibility
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, and the delicate nature of our other products, we must enforce a strict policy regarding product condition:
- To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, items must be completely unopened, unused, unsealed, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used items are strictly non-returnable for a change of mind due to health and hygiene reasons.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been handled or used in a way that would make them unsaleable.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at 'contact@atlastcreations.co.uk' within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. Please provide photos where appropriate.
- Once approved, we will provide you with our return shipping address.
- Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: The customer covers the full cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service or obtaining proof of postage, as Atlast Creations cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, we will cover the return shipping costs (see Section 6).
5. Refunds & Cancellations
We operate a strict refund policy rather than direct exchanges.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved based on its condition.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to clear and post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
- Sale Items: Sale and clearance items are fully eligible for returns and refunds, provided they meet the same unopened, hygiene-compliant criteria listed above.
6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
We inspect all our creations thoroughly before dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we want to put it right immediately.
- Please email us at 'contact@atlastcreations.co.uk' within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the fault or damage (including the packaging if it was damaged in transit).
- If deemed faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you, and we will reimburse your return postage costs if a return is required.
7. Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms outlined in this policy. Our policy is designed to align fully with UK consumer law.
